Q: 35w4d and holy uncomfortable!

For the last two nights in a row I've woken up at about 3:30am having to pee. When I get up to go I feel really crampy and uncomfortable. Going pee relieves it some but then it takes a while to completely go away. Anyone have this? I have "partied" harder these last two night than I'm use to (stayed up later than usual) but that's it.

i would say this is quite normal, your body is adjusting to extra weight etc, plus the crmaping can be braxton hicks. It a good sign that your body is getting ready. If you super worried ask your Dr. xx

I'm always up at 3.30am too :-) the pressure of a full bladder makes the aches and pains in my back and hips even worse, and it also takes a while to feel better. I usually just walk around for a few minutes while supporting my belly, to take the weight off, and it normally goes away. Failing that, I give in and take a Tylenol (which helps with getting more sleep, too).
