Q: Air travels at ≈ 12/13 weeks...HELP!

I'm getting married January 26th of 2016 in Punta Cana.. Were leaving on the 23rd which would make me 12/13 weeks pregnant.. My first appt with my doctor is Dec 4th... I've read that past 36 weeks, they discourage air travels because of the risk of going into labor in the plane and whatnot.. But what about 12/13 weeks? Is it safe to fly? Any advice for pregnant and flying? Im a medical radiation technologist so I know about Radiation and trust me, theres little/no risks.

Yes it is safe to fly.
