let it go.. I just ignore all the bumpy white head and acne on my face.
theres nothing much I can do .. it seems to like my face..

I din apply any moisturiser no acne cream no whitening cream no sunblock,,

Just an organic powder mask from sandalwood and rose water every night. I do wash my face with ACV every other day. mild toner and cooling facial wash.

that's it.. Im hoping 2nd trimester it will start to go away..

During the winter months, I use either coconut oil followed by witch hazel or a homemade sugar scrub made of sugar, ev olive oil, and lemon essential oil (tea tree can also be added). For breakouts, I make a paste of baking soda and water and apply that to the blemishes. Leave it on several minutes unless your skin starts to hurt. Some folks are pretty sensitive to baking soda. Washing your face in oil may sound insane, but my skin has never looked better, been softer, or less oily.

my daily regimen is : Cetaphyl Antibacterial soap (bar) used to wash my face. Then I use witch hazel (target brand or Thayers Alcohol Free - buy it online or at vitamin shoppe) on cotton pads then Moisturize with a natural lotion (I use Lotion for everyone brand - Big bottle for $10 that lasts and can use on your whole body). Moisturizing after washing is a must and it may sound contradicting, but replacing the moisture in your skin prevents your skin from over developing oils that can cause more blockage. Then I spot treat with tea tree oil. You can buy it at any drug store or online. I usually buy the lotion, tea tree oil and the witch hazel from Vitamin shoppe, cetaphyl I get at target because it is cheaper there. These are all natural products that are safe to use during pregnancy except the cetaphyl, but that gets washed off the skin and does not get absorbed. Hope this helps! It has kept my acne at a minimum.

You can use tea tree oil - ULTA sells a tea tree oil cleanser that works fabulously, and is safe for use in pregnancy. Salicylic acid isn't actually good to use during pregnancy, I've been told by doctors. I had to discontinue use of a luxury skin care line I used (Forever Flawless) because it contains actual diamond powder which can be harmful to the growing and developing baby. It's unfortunate, because I used it religiously and it kept my skin looking beautiful all the time! That and my Clarisonic. It is safe to use a Clarisonic cleansing brush, by the way.

I continued to use my regular routine which was salicylic acid (cleansing pads) and benzoyl peroxide (cream). I researched as best as possible to make sure they were ok. You may ask your doctor as everyone seems to have a different opinion on what medications are safe during pregnancy.
