Q: Scrambled eggs safe??

I read that you should have fully cooked eggs and make sure the yolks and whites are solid...
I've been craving scrambled eggs like crazy...

Anyone know if there safe or not?

I eat scrambled eggs on a burrito daily because it fends off nausea for 4 hours!!!!!! It is my MIRACLE MEAL! I feel good for a solid 4 hours after eating. Frankly I don't care if they are bad for me at this point! :) Recipe: 2 farm fresh scrambled eggs + shredded mozz cheese + vegetarian sausage cut up on a flour tortilla wrap prepared with sour cream and queso sauce. Then melt all in microwave. Its so nice to be able to stomach something that is semi healthy. Good luck!

I was told as long as the whites are cooked over medium is also safe. I'm getting seen at a high risk clinic too so I'm gonna take my OBs word on it

I have been told that scrambled are fine. Just avoid over easy or anything that is runny.
