Q: Another set of twins?

I'm 4 weeks, 4 days pregnant, this is my 5th pregnancy, and I'm 29. I have 3 beautiful children, 4 yr girl, and 17 month b/g twins (natural) I've read that once you have fraternal twins your chances of having another set are high. Has anyone else had two sets of twins, and how common is it really?! Part of me hopes I will have another set, and part of me doesn't!

The chance only goes up slightly. It really depends on if you released more than one egg. Only an ultrasound can tell but I'd try to hold off on early ultrasounds until you're almost 7 weeks. Only reason I say this is because baby is so small and hard to see and being less freaked out about whether everything is much more worth it. There are a lot of places that offer free ultrasounds just to make sure baby is ok and that they are in the uterus so if your doctor denies you for an ultrasound until after the first trimester then call a different place.
