Q: Hypotension, fainting, how do you deal with it?

Im 10w5d and since week 10 ive been very faint and light headed. I fainted at work and since then, ive had problems with my blood pressure... It gets really low and start to get dizzy and it can take up to 2 hours until I can control it... Did any of you ladies have this problem? Do you have a hard time with your blood pressure? How do you prevent it from dropping?
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
Congratulations! Pregnancy can definitely lower blood pressure but it's not a bad idea to discuss with your doctor as you don't want it getting too low.Eventually, my BP became more stabilized further along into the 2nd trimester.

I had hypertension before becoming pregnant and around 10 weeks, my blood pressure started getting really low and I would get dizzy anytime I stood up. Because I was on medication to lower my BP,I stopped it and things were a bit better. I just tried to eat something and keep hydrated.
