Q: Mentally prepare for miscarriage, or have hope?

Had my first ultrasound on Wednesday, the tech told me everything looked good, but the babies heart rate was "a little low". Dates matched up, i was told I was 7 weeks 5 days. my doctor called me the next day and said that I have subchronionic hemorrhaging and not to be alarmed if I spot a little bit of brownish discharge and that the fetal heart rate was at 85! That's more than a little low. She told me not to worry and wants me back in this upcoming week for another ultrasound to make sure LO's heart rate goes up.
I haven't spotted at all, I've had a slight cramp on my right side since yesterday. I still have my pregnancy symptoms, but they haven't been crazy strong this pregnancy. I'm a worry wort, all I do is worry.

Has anyone had a low heart rate of 85 at 7 weeks with a positive outcome?

I'm so sorry. I know exactly how heartbreaking that is. Just take all the time you need to heal and cope with what happened.

Really hope the heart rate improves. You're in my prayers. I've not been through that but being low like that isn't good at all.
