I like having baby gowns, sleepers, white onesies, a pacifier, a stretchy bra for when my milk comes in, a car seat cover (mostly to block germs), and gauzy swaddle blankets. I tend to go minimalistic for the early weeks. I've never used the mittens, either. I'm thinking of preparing some freezer meals in advance if I can get my act together haha. I've got a TON of sewing projects, too.

You may want to pick up some size 1 diapers. My daughter didn't stay in nb very long. Do you have all the medicine cabinet basics since you have 3 other kiddos? Infant tylenol, diaper rash cream, etc?

I think you have all the basics covered! I went and bought mittens and never used them. My twins have lived in sleepers until this week when I started putting them in outfits (usually a onesie and pants). I told myself that I wouldn't buy a bunch of clothes until they were older.

Mittens. I'm sure there's a bunch we're both missing but I was struck recently by the need for the no-scratch mittens and I have none, I didn't even put them on my registry.
