Definitely keep a check on it and especially be mindful of whether or not there is any blood in the fluid. It's not unusual to pass your mucous plug at this stage and doesn't signify impending labor. If you're cramping or experiencing regular contractions, you need to call your doc. Try lying down for a bit and just taking notes on what your body is doing. When your water breaks, you'll continue to get periodic gushes of fluid as your body is making more all the time. Being upright can cause the baby's head to essentially cork off the cervix and stop the flow, so lying down will give you a better idea of whether or not you're routinely leaking fluid. It's also possible for your water to break only partially, which would result in less of a gush. I had a small leak when my water broke with my dd and the strips wouldn't even test positive for amniotic fluid. All in all, relaxing and paying attention to what your body and baby are doing will help you know what to do from here.
