Q: What to say my boss

Hi,
I am 7 weeks 2 days pregnant. This is my first pregnancy. I don't want to inform my boss or colleague until I finish 13 weeks. I am getting morning sickness through out day. Mostly in rest room throwing up. I took 2 days off and taking work from home today. I can take wfh one or two days saying sick. But to continue work from home for one or two weeks I need to say some strong reason. Should I say the truth or can you help with any alternative reason.

Thanks

Does your job have FMLA? If so I would start the paper work.. If your sickness is bad enough for you to stay home then you have to get your FML paper work in the process so you do not cause issues with your job when you call in sick.
