Q: Terrified of late miscarriage or still birth?

Im 24 weeks and 1 day pregnant expecting a baby boy June 28th. I have had two miscarriages in the past 3 years. I know I am past the miscarriage time, but I still have fears of late miscarriage or stillbirth. I have pregnancy hypertension which makes my pregnancy high risk and I know high blood pressure has been linked to stillbirth. I am just so nervous....my babys heartbeat has been fine and my anatomy scan went great, I just don't know how to calm myself down, I guess I just need some reassurance. I am a first time mom and so excited. Is it normal to be so terrified of this happening and being crushed? This may sound weird but is there anything I can do to help my baby continue to stay healthy? Ive been trying to meditate to lower my b/p and my doc was going to put me on blood pressure medicine but I am just still worried. Any advice would be great, thanks! Sorry this was long!

if you are high risk, they will watch you like a hawk. Trust your doctor. take the meds.

Most blood pressure meds don't pass through the placenta. I'm on them but for panic anxiety and nightmares. The best thing is to keep calm otherwise it will affect the baby.
