Hello ladies,
I know your concern is real, i would be as worried as you are. Having been on alcohol accidentally is still acceptable, but now that you are aware of your pregnancy, you can mend the alcohol consilumption during your early weeks in pregnancy. Although it is never safe to consume anything with narcotics, or drug contents and people have claimed healthy babies with the same, but it isn't further along that your baby grows, will you realise and see diseases in them. I am not scaring you, but just making you aware of your situation. For the remainder of your pregnancy, i would suggest you stay hydrated, and drink as much water as you can to rule out maximum of the toxic content within your body.

I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks and the weekend before, I had a lot of wine and was on a narcotic pain reliever for my arm. While we were trying (had been for over 3 years), I was not actually trying that month due to a polyp removal a couple months prior. I never thought in a million years that would be the month I became pregnant. I also exposed to polyurethane fumes at 14 weeks while redoing my floors at home. I didn't have any complications during pregnancy and my twins were born very healthy and still are at 4 months!
