I spotted pink from about 5 weeks to 12 weeks every week on the dot it seemed, I could almost predict the day it was going to happen, only once a day and always at night. It was scary to see and every time I wipe I always look. But since I hit the second trimester I haven't spotted at all. Fingers crossed. My OB says it nothing to worry about unless it turns to actual blood and cramping. Still scary though.

Thank you for replying , I didn't have anything like this with the 3 others , so kinda rattled me , I don't have cramping as such but I still get the pregnancy symptoms the aching now and again , I've not had any blood at all yet or any signs in my underwear literally just when I've wiped and is very faint ....i also had 3 c- sections so am thinking the stretching of the uterus

Thank you again

Yes! I had this a lot with my first pregnancy (brown spotting and pinkish when I went to the loo) and had it from early on until about 12 weeks. This time around, I had it at 4 weeks and between 8-9 weeks and then it went away on its own. My doctor said it could be from hormones adjusting etc. She also said as long as it doesn't continue to get worse, you develop cramps OR have lots of red blood, then you're fine! Good luck!
