Q: How sensitive is transvaginal ultrasound? How early is possible to see something?

I had intercourse on 07/06/2015 in Taiwan, very weak positive urinal pregnancy test was 18/07/2015 and we went to the hospital on 19/06/2015, classical ultrasound couldnt see anything, so doctor did transvaginal ultrasound and he noticed, there is a little change on the wall of the uterus. I am not sure, who is the father, because 01/06/2015, I met my ex boyfriend.

Is it possible to see visible change on the uterine wall so early?

I'm honestly baffled by your question as you're asking about something that happened nearly a year ago? If it was really a year ago, get a paternity test.
