Hi I have pcos and I have 33-35 day cycles. My last period was 22nd March 2016 and I ovulated on cycle day 20 which is around average for me. I found out 11dpo I am pregnant , now 6 weeks 2 days.
If you deductan average of 14 days from the day before your last period that is roughly when you ovualte give or take 2 days either side. As you have a luteal phase of 13-16 days long. This usually stays the same each cycle and the time from the start of your period to ovualting is the one that can alter greatly depending upon illness and stress factors etc.
I charted my temperature and used a clearblue ovualtion digital test for the first time this month and it worked much better than the internet chepies I had been using.

hi i have a 33 day cycle i usually ovulate around day 19 but this time when i got pregnant i ovulated on day 24...based on opks...try using opks one week into your cyce...pee at the same time of the day..its best to use urine from 2pm onwards and try not to drink too much water before testing or hold your urine for an hour or two before testing...I woiuld recommend buying internet cheapies ops they are just as good and sensitive to pick up your LH surge...as the test line would be darker or same colour as the control to be a positive..Do not just reply on apps because apps work for people who mostly have clock work cycles.. And women who have PCOS may not always ovulate monthly or at the same time every month
