Q: Breast Soreness went away

my last lmp was on 7th march 2016 ovulation was around 26th to 29th march based on opks .on 19th April I went for my first scan and they could see a baby only a gestational sac and yolk sac gestational sac measured 9.2mm.. however my breast tenderness have faded and now only have nipple soreness...was having having cramping at week 4 to 5 maybe due to implantation but i have no spotting...now currently i do not have any cramps at all..and breast tenderness is just nipples sorness...I have beeen reading online about missed miscarriages and im so paranoid because i dont feel so pregnant...this is my second pregnancy in 15 years and my first was when i was 19 years old ended in a stillbirth at 33 weeks...after that i didnt get pregnant i had regular cycles but was a PCOS sufferer so my period were maybe not true periods as i dont ovulate often..my cycles ranged from 31 to 33 days...im due for another scan on 10th may 2016 and am so worried that its a missed miscarriage with no heartbeat

Symptoms come and go, so I wouldn't worry about that too much. I had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks, but had spotting on and off for the entire pregnancy. Your ultrasound should be able to see a heartbeat and put your mind at ease :) I have found that taking a home pregnancy test and seeing a dark line makes me feel better if i'm freaking out :)
