Q: Spotting 2x a week apart, but 3 faint positive tests... worried!!

I was pretty sure I was pregnant first wk after conception. Just didn't feel myself. 9 days before period was due, I had period like spotting that lasted 3 hours in the evening, but was gone by morning. Thought my period was REALLY early, but it never came. Since then, I've had 3 faint positive clear blue tests. I'm now 2 days away from when my period is due to start, but I'm spotting again. Could it just be a chemical pregnancy and I'm getting my period? I've never spotted before my period, and this time I've spotted twice. Both times were accompanied by cramping and lower back pain. Can that be healthy or normal in pregnancy? Or is it likely my period? Anyone experience this?

HI there!
This could very well and hopefully be a normal pregnancy as spotting and cramping can be normal. If you're not ready to go to the Dr you could buy more tests and see if the lines get darker each day ( I like doing this haha)
I would advise going to the Dr for blood draws to see if your hcg levels are rising normally as this is a good indicator of a normal pregnancy.
Just to be aware if you develop aby sharp one sided pain you should go to your Dr straight away to rule out ectopic pregnancy
