Q: Pregnant? AND incarcerated uterus??

This is a tough question to ask and so I expect it will take faith to answer.
I have had OAB for like 2 yrs. I am 3e and don't want the surgery yet. I pee a lot but the surgery could mean catherers and wide skirts.
That being said I think I am pregnant well I KNOW I AM PREGNANT but it all hit me late. I just moved to a new place, and started back to school. I didn't thinkn anything of sleeping all the time. Anyways I figured it out but the tests are negative. I can't really control my bladder and based on symptoms I'm about 21 weeks. Ive read in places that certain urine tests dont work late. I dont have great insurance, and I have a retroflexed uterus. TMI ALERT I can't get the doctor to see me he wants an ultrasound 1st. U/S wants me to stop bleeding first. My poop is stringy, ive no control over my bladder, im starting to have these pains in the walls of vagina like throbing cramps and my back hurts SOO BAD There is no way this is how it's supposed to be type

Have you contacted you OB? A pregnancy test would be + that late in pregnancy. Your breasts can leak for other reasons than pregnacy.

Bellybumpin2 no I have not. The hospital says "urine tests are 99% accurate" I just started to think I am pregnant. My breasts started leaking and the line is starting to form on my belly. These are the things that made me ask the questions. Bleeding pretty consistently but not super heavy ske the changes in my life made me oblivious. They told me to treat again in a week. I asked for a blood test but they said WITHOUT seeing me there wasn't enough evidence to order the lab. I'M GETTING SCARED

Your pregnancy tests are negative? Have you received any prenatal care?
