Q: Ovarian cyst / positive pregnacy test/ no sac seen. But did ovulate later then I thought. Hcg 106

So I found out I have an ovarian cyst and I adjusted my dates abit and as you see it puts me at 3w 4 days or 4 weeks pregnant. They did an abdominal ultrasound and could see my lining that was in my uterus but nothing else. The urine test at the Dr was negative and I did one later which showed positive and the blood test said 106 so pretty much no idea why I have the spotting. Would they be able to see if it was a tubal pregnancy? Please I need help and advice. I don't know what's going on anymore.

Get your HCG retested two days apart from the other one. It will be a better indication if the pregnancy is progressing the way it should be. A gestational sac can't even be seen until your HCG reaches 1500.

I think 4 weeks is just too early to see anything on ultrasound. The gestational sac doesn't usually show up until sometime between 5-6 weeks. Your beta level is great, my level at 3w5d was 68 and I am now almost 13 weeks and everything is going well. I can't say anything other than that for sure but I don't think you should give up hope! Unfortunately you just have to wait, which sucks, I know.
