Hi There...Sorry to hear your news. I went through the same thing in April. I didn't feel any pain, no cramps, no bleeding, and I had done a scan and the fetus was 7 weeks old and around probably 11th week, I had another scan but I was told that it stopped growing around 8th week. I opted for procedure called D&C after talking to my friends and researching on the net. I was told that since it stopped around 8 weeks, passing the blood will be very painful and it couldn't be predicted when it would start passing...and on top of that, if it doesn't completely pass, I had to do D & C. So, I chose D&C in the first place itself to save myself from the pain and uncertainty. Have been trying to conceive since then :(
