I can tell you that with my first child, I had spotting and cramping around 5-6 weeks and I was sure I was having a miscarriage. But at 6.5 weeks I had an US and saw her and heard a heartbeat. I know it's hard to not panic especially if there is bleeding and cramping as it is commonly associated with a miscarriage. But your HCG levels are going up so thats good. If you start passing clots though, you need to call your Dr or go to ER. Until then just try to relax. Your body is going through some major changes and believe it or not, your uterus is already getting bigger to accommodate your little one, so cramping can be expected. I am 35 weeks pregnant with my second, and I have had cramping off and on this whole pregnancy. All the stretching our bodies do, we are going to feel it at some point. Good luck and I pray you have a happy and healthy 9 months!
