Q: PPD or Normal?

What is the best way to tell the difference between PPD, and just normal sleep deprivation and stress (and bronchitis to go on top)? Is it how long feelings last?
I notice I still cry at anything baby related, and am really tired. (although the bronchitis is definitely not helping).
Any thoughts are appreciated.

When I was going through I believe I read/heard that "baby blues" can last a few weeks after pregnancy but if things aren't getting better after that then it could be PPD/PPA. I think you kind of just know. I knew I was not right, went to my Doctor, got on Zoloft and feel sooo much better. Best of luck Momma!
