Q: I have SPD OUCH!!!!!

I have SPD and it is very sore on my pubic bone. I was wondering how long after the birth does it subside.

I am 23 + 2 weeks and due a c section at 36 weeks.

Thank you. I see my consultant next wednesday as having twins iam having scans every four weeks now.
I really over did it yesterday so taking it farely easy today.

It's hard to remember with all of the other pains associated with childbirth, lol, but think if it was there, didn't notice it due to all the other fun stuff going on. I was ordered a brace from Doctor to help with it, so you might want to ask. My insurance covered most of the cost. GL to ya, I know how much fun it is :)
