You have got to get used to it. But I don't say that you must be ignorant of it. A prolonged sickness can indicate several other diseases related to your pregnancy. Consult a doctor, he is most likely to ask you to stick up with a certain diet chart. For that, I suggest you have a meeting with a dietician so that he can have a closer look to where exactly your food is causing you sickness. Many a times morning sickness occurs due to food that might be rejected by the child growing inside. So you have to take care of what your kid likes, as well. But don't forget to drink enough water.

Welcome back, ladies.
I would like to first congratulate you. Wish you a happy and safe pregnancy. AS we all know every woman experience different sorts of pregnancy situations. No two woman is likely to feel the same way through a pregnancy. Reason being that every body is different, and, every body has the different endurance for a said situation. Now if we talk about being pregnant, then it is concerned with a lot of factors. Food, stress, feelings, environment, surrounding, sounds, ambiance. A child growing in the womb is affected by exactly a series of different things. There is no limit to how much or exactly what all a female body goes through while pregnant. I often come across questions related to HCG and morning sickness. Well, HCG levels are different in different women, and, hence the doctors average up the average HCG level to take a reference of. Coming to your severe morning sickness, my dear, this is as much a part of your pregnancy, as any other thing.

Can you at least keep saltines down? That was the only thing I could eat while drinking water. I heard watermelon works and pedialyte helps also. Hope you feel better.
