Q: Not quite 4 weeks and spotting?

I only just tested positive yesterday, and it was a fairly faint line. this mornings progression wasn't much darker either. And then today I started to spot very lightly with some cramping. The spotting looks exactly like how AF usually starts. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? It's the long weekend so I have no dr. to call until Tuesday.

Like Angela18 said, it's hard to tell. Implantation spotting does come around the time AF would arrive for some women. Just keep an eye on it. Spotting can be okay but AF like bleed would be cause for concern. If you're tests get lighter (from my experience) then it is mostly likely a chemical pregnancy. Hopefully it's just implantation spotting. Good luck!

It's so hard to know what's going on, but if you are bleeding like AF it might be a chemical pregnancy. If it's just spotting it could be implantation. I know it's stressful but you're so early that it's just too hard to guess for sure. Hopefully it's just implantation. Xoxo
