Q: Perrier/carbonated water nausea

I read about the nitrites in carbonated water. Perrier being the worse. Are there sny safe carbonated wster brands that i can drink. It seems to help with nausea. Eating small meals is not helping much :(

I used real ginger candy it was hot in flavor but really helped my last pregnancy I used the ginger candy they sold at baby stores it was good and sweet but did nothing... my doc as said unison the sleep pill is safe to take and it also helped I am almost 24 weeks and still have morning sickness one of the lucky ones I guess

I did some googling and I think Perrier is a bit of an anomaly of how high in nitrates it is. Below is a link to a table with some brands around the world, although the two brands I commonly drink aren't on this grid. I drink both LaCroix and Klarbrunn and did research on both of those and it doesn't look like they have that same problem. Maybe try switching brands?
