Q: Light brown spotting and light cramping 17 days after FET

Hi everyone! I had a 5 day frozen transfer on 10/3 and last night I had mild cramping throughout the night and light brown spotting. Not as bad as a period, but concerning since I've had natural miscarriages that started out that way. The good news is that this embryo was tested as normal and last week my betas were doubling. Waiting for dr to call back. I know no one can know for sure, but any reassurance I see appreciated!

Are you on progesterone? That can prevent bleeding. Spotting is not necessarily a bad sign.

Well, my doctor's office got back to me and here is what they said: "Light brown spotting in not worrisome since it is old blood. If the bleeding becomes heavy and red please let us know. If the cramping is bothering you you can always take Tylenol, otherwise just take it easy and avoid pelvic activity until we see you for your ultrasound on Monday."

Just in case anyone else had the same question :)
