Q: High blood pressure in the first trimester

Wondering if anyone else has struggled with high blood pressure during their pregnancy. I'm currently only 9 weeks 4 days and yesterday my initial blood pressure was 160/110 but did lower with sitting and resting.
I'm already on low dose aspirin daily as during my last 2 pregnancies my BP rose towards the end of my pregnancies.
I'm going to try and do more exercise (concerned about doing too much as I have a small hemorrhage outside the uterus) and have a low sodium diet and try to eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies.
Anything else I could be doing?

Hi Annabella,
I can totally feel how you are coping with your situation. It is okay, dear. It happens. All i would suggest you is to stress as little as you can. Stress will only worsen your situation. Whatever is mean to happen, will haooen, and remember everything happens for the good. I can see that you are trying way too hard for doing everything possible in your hands to make the good, possible. But your last resort lies at worrying, and stressing less and stayibg hydrated with lots and lots of water to drink. Take care, and stay happy.

Drink water. It sounds like you are doing most everything you can. Try not to stress or worry as that will not help.
