I'm already on low dose aspirin daily as during my last 2 pregnancies my BP rose towards the end of my pregnancies.
I'm going to try and do more exercise (concerned about doing too much as I have a small hemorrhage outside the uterus) and have a low sodium diet and try to eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies.
Anything else I could be doing?

Q: High blood pressure in the first trimester
Wondering if anyone else has struggled with high blood pressure during their pregnancy. I'm currently only 9 weeks 4 days and yesterday my initial blood pressure was 160/110 but did lower with sitting and resting.I'm already on low dose aspirin daily as during my last 2 pregnancies my BP rose towards the end of my pregnancies.
