Q: Discomfort and pain after cervix check up

So I am 37 weeks today. My doctor this morning checked to see if I am dilated. Which I am not. He told me the baby head is extremely low and wants me to come in on Monday to check again.

It was extremely uncomfortable and painful.
I been in pain with back pain and pelvic pain but now after the check up it seems worse.

Is this normal?

Also, any tips to get dilated quicker. Im ready to have my baby, cant take all this discomfort and pain anymore.

Raspberry leaf tea drink alot....evening prime rose oil it comes in capsules they can be taken orally and inserted vaginally which helps dilate the cervix, sex and nipped stimulus these do work.... keep in mind every day baby remains inside they grow brain cells put on much needed weight, and build immunity....there's also less chance they will have to be treated for jaundice....hang in there
