15 days from when you period starts and reasonably assume you ovulated around that time. keep your calm, and look out for anything unusual. don't risk your health for anything. I don't go by the "14 days from the start of your period" for ovulation, because when I got pregnant, my period was May 13-16 and I ovulated May 19. I had a strong test result on June 7 and the other one (Clear Blue) said 2-3 weeks already. Plus the Dr confirmed the date. Every woman is different and unfortunately you just have to be patient during this "waiting period".

hello dear,
the blood in your vagina can mean many things. It does not certainly indicate that you are Let's assume you ovulated on the 6th of December. That would put you at 7DPO today. The absolute earliest you can get a positive pregnancy test is 8DPO. But *most* positive tests won't be for another couple of days with the majority of positive tests being accounted for by 13DPO assuming early testing was happening. Most pregnancy tests are 99% reliable by 15DPO. And my reproductive endocrinologist (fertility specialist) was a huge advocate of never testing before 16DPO.

Also, as you probably know, you can only get pregnant if you have sex a couple of days before you ovulate or the day you ovulate as the egg only lives 12-24 hours once ovulation happens. So if you ovulated before December 6th there is no way you'd be pregnant from having sex on the 6th. If you're not sure when you ovulate you can subtract

It is certainly possible to ovulate at almost any point in the cycle. However, I would try a test on the first day of your missed period. If your period doesn't come, wait a week and test again. Spotting does not count as your period.

It's possible, but when was your last period? Is it time again for your period to come around? It could be implantation bleeding, so you wouldn't get a positive test result yet. I don't go by the "14 days from the start of your period" for ovulation, because when I got pregnant, my period was May 13-16 and I ovulated May 19. Every woman is different and unfortunately you just have to be patient during this "waiting period". I hope this helps a little..
