Q: Cramping on and off and back pain

Im 39 weeks today.

Last night for about an hour and 20 minutes I was bouncing and rolling on a yoga ball.

Today I been having cramping on and off, and lower back pain.

I am seeing the doctor tomorrow but I want to know is that normal after using the yoga ball?

Is it a good sign?

I been 1/2cm since last Monday, Doctor said he wont induce until 41 weeks but I dont think I can last that long.

I have tried primrose oil. I cannot find raspberry leaf tea. My coworker told me to try ginger root tea.
