It's bright white and is therefore bone. I would say it's the shoulder bone. Remember that u/s is just a slice of a 3d image. Most of the rest of the arm is not in this particular slice, but you can see the hand clearly. I'm sure all is well.... it does like a holy, shining object or something, though, doesn't it? :-)
