I have tried everything. Seems the only things that doesn't make me want to puke is potatoes and veggies and everything hot and spicy! But then that all give me heartburn. I have tried peppermint but only helps for abit. I can't have any meat, milk products, sugary stuff and chocolates. I just don't know anymore. I will mention it to my Dr next week Wednesday when I go back for another visit. I go weekly. How fun is that and very stressful. I want to sleep all day long now

I had to eat small meals CONSTANTLY when my nausea was at it's worst. Plain water gave me heartburn as well. My chiropractor suggested San peligrino water and that helped a lot with water intake. My doctor also gave me Diclegis for nausea, so you should ask about that at your next appointment if it persists. I've lost four pounds so far because I can't keep anything down and I'm just now starting to get my appetite back at 16 weeks, but the pills worked pretty good. Didn't puke at all the first day I took them =)

I found homemade chai tea with fresh ginger really good. Another friend said the sea sickness wrist bands really helped her with severe nausea. GL hope something works for you
