Q: Mucus Plug?

Does the mucus plug always have blood attached to it? I lost a ton of mucus last night and some just came out now. Its clear with a tinge of yellow coloring. No blood though.

Congratulations!
You are about to have your baby. Mucus pkug is responsible for holding the baby in uterus and avoid falling him down the cervix during any mis hapoening. In ither wirds, it acts as a stopper for your baby to stay within his embryo sac in ghe uterus, known as womb. This okug has various ways of coming out. It ranges from off white to pake yellow colour, which is quite normal. Now some women, kike yourself complains about having blood oozing out along with the musuc pkug, in this case you are just a few hours further along with your labor. You don't have to worry about anything. Your baby is about to come into the world, enjoy it!

When I lost my plug with my daughter, there was no blood. I stared having a bit of bleeding later and I guess that was the bloody show. I gave birth the next day!
