Q: Chemical Pregnancy questions

Hi guys,

I got my BFP a few days ago and now researching and looking stuff up I am totally terrified about having a chemical pregnancy. Anyone had experience with them that can shed some light for me?
Do tests typically get darker when experiencing a CP? Lines are getting darker for, I also took a digital test at first and got a "Not pregnant" and then a day later got a pregnant which I assume means my numbers are going up?
Also, do you tyically experience pregnancy symptoms with a CP? I have sore BB's, heavy abdomen, and just "off". Waves of nausea and fatigue.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks friends.

Mine was very light and then became a squinter.... fainter and fainter until it was stark white. Biggest 'symptom' was very high levels of anxiety. I think I knew that something was amiss. That was 4.5 years of trying and my second IVF.

When I had one, I tested positive at 11 dpo.. Light line.. then 12 dpo it was a tad darker. I tested again at 15dpo and it was light like 11dpo. I tested with a clearblue digital at 18dpo and it said 1-2 weeks still then started spotting at 20 dpo.

With mine the line was very faint and never got darker, I had some cramping and then what seemed like a normal period. Sounds like you are good to go so far! Congrats!

Yes I was bloated but it's so hard to tell because af symptom can be so close but it was very short lived

Thank you for your input. Did you get any pregnancy symptoms with your chemicals?

The chemical pregnancies we've had all had low numbers like u had to squint to see the line and maybe a day or 2 it would get slightly darker but would soon fade.....sounds like u are in the clear
