Q: Two sacs at early scan

I had an internal scan last week as I had some light bleeding and cramps and it showed two sacs but no yolks or heartbeats, I was reasured that this is normal so early on but I'm just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences or what the chances are of both sacs showing positive signs when I have another scan next Friday?

I had my follow up scan yesterday (my first was done at just before 6 weeks) and two heartbeats and fetal poles are showing ? both as measuring just under weeks but all looks as normal and well as it should, still very early but fingers crossed

It all depends on how early your early scan was! They wouldn't do mine until 7w so that if there was no HB, it was obvious that there was a problem rather than just not at that stage of development. GL.
