Q: Ovarian cyst on 1st ultrasound?

Hi! So I am pregnant with baby #4--very unexpected! I had a viability ultrasound Monday and was told I have a very large cyst on my right ovary- 10cm x 6cm. I know smaller ovarian cysts are completely normal, but I'm concerned about the size. I've never had an ovarian cyst before. The doc told me that if it doesn't get any smaller or gets bigger, I might need surgery to remove it. Of course that is terrifying. I'm also worried about cancer even though the doctor didn't seem to think it was. Just wondering if anyone had experience with a large ovarian cyst in pregnancy. Thanks!
