Q: HCG Levels at 4 weeks??

Hi! I'm 4 weeks 3 days pregnant. I had a miscarriage on Christmas... I finally ovulated again on 1/27. I got a VERY faint positive last Monday. Thankfully the strips have continued to get darker. I'm 17 dpo and the doctor did bloodwork today. My reading was 358.8. He seems quite positive about it, but I could use some positive stories. I am going mad POAS. Last time with the baby I lost, my level was 37.7 but, that was on 11 dpo. Thanks in advance for your feedback!!

Hi there
My HCG at 12DPO was 59 and I was tested again at 19 DPO and it was 720. My doubling time was slightly under 48 hrs. I'm now nearly 22 weeks. Goodluck with your next blood test.

Betabase.info was amazingly reassuring for me early on. I know there are websites that will give you "normal ranges" for beta values early on but those were never that reassuring to me.

My beta was 743 at 17DPO. 358 seems good for 17DPO! Early on it's really less about the number and more about the doubling time. Is your doctor doing a follow up beta to check doubling or was he happy enough with the number to call one draw good enough?

Hopefully everything goes well and this is your take-home baby!
