Just wondering what happened with this? I am in a similar situation, supposed to be 7 weeks 6 days and they found a gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole. I am terrified and go back in 1 week for a follow up ultrasound. I am praying everything went will with you!

I'm sorry for the stress of this- not easy to handle. If you are 8 wks, heartbeat should be very obvious- it usually appears at 6 wks. Babies that are 8 wks have limb buds and heartbeat is easily visualized. Hopefully you are just earlier in the pregnancy, but if you are sure of your dates then it could be a missed miscarriage. So sorry, I've been there and it is terrible.
