Someone I know who's about 5 months pregnant has been dizzy and fainted and I think they found out that it was anemia. you must never take chances. If you feel any thing is happening over the board, contact your GP as soon as possible. The risk is very huge. It is always to be on the safer side and realize what is good for you and what is not.
<oreover, always find some activity to stay indulge in. You can always decide to have a work from home job. Most of the times, morning sickness, and emotional imbalance can be because you are being too lonely. Find company and something to stay busy with. Have a happy and safe pregnancy.

hello, everyone.
I can relate to everything that you have mentioned here. I feel the same way. Sometimes I wish that I could please go back to not being pregnant for one day and take rest. But again, it is all worth it, the pain at the end of the day. There is nothing beautiful than giving birth to a beautiful baby. It seems impossible at times, but at the end it is going to be your own child. I had a few bouts right off the bat, I think right around week 4 for me. I'm now week 7 and it seems to be gone. I hope you have it just as easy as I did. I lost a few pounds, but the nausea wasn't too bad as long as I remembered to eat a little bit of anything every 2 hours or so, and not to overeat at meals (basically I couldn't have an empty, or a full, stomach and I was fine :-p). I think you should speak to your midwife or GP. They will know better if it's the sign of something more worrying or if it's just normal.

Being emotional is normal, worrying is normal and neither will hurt your pregnancy. I was literally worried every single day until my daughter was born and in my arms after trying for many years and several miscarriages. Just take 1 day at a time. I had to keep telling myself that today I am pregnant and I will be happy about that no matter what happens tomorrow. It also helps to celebrate small milestones and make short term goals instead of getting overwhelmed by worrying about out the whole 9 months.

I hear ya! I'm 4w5d after 2.5 years ttc and an early miscarriage at 5 weeks in June. It's so hard not to stress and worry and analyze every little twinge or cramp. Have you gone for blood work yet? Our first US is march 23rd and that feels a lifetime away! When is your first appointment? Good luck!
