I don't see any issues. I took a 4 day trip when I was around 4 weeks, which included a few hours on a plane. Enjoy your honeymoon and congrats!

Congratulations on your new marriage and your pregnancy!
First trimester discomforts - needing to pee a lot, needing to drink a lot of water, needing to eat small, regular meals, travel sickness.
Make yourself comfortable in the car - listen to your favourite music and stop as often as you can to stretch your legs and have 'rest breaks'.
I don't think that most miscarriages are avoidable. They are often due to genetic issues. Obviously, if you are not having anything that you shouldn't - drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, some herbs, some medicines, some foods (advice differs from country to country), you should be fine. Some illnesses make miscarriage more likely, but if you haven't been told that you have any illnesses, this shouldn't be an issue. I agree about avoiding stress, too.
I guess do all you can to support your health: balanced, healthy meals, plenty of water, gentle exercise.

Well, welcome to Missouri!!! I believe you should be ok. Unless you have some sort of stress related to the traveling there should not be anything wrong with driving. Have fun!!
