Q: In if baby has dropped or if normal issues

For the past few days I have had a lot of pressure and stabbing type pains in my pelvic area along with decreased fetal movement and lower movement instead of the movement being higher up. Could this be normal issues or the baby dropping. I'm 33 weeks and 5 days and my last baby was born at 36 weeks.
