Most of what we feel during the pregnancy is generally what the baby needs. He can be sometimes emotional and not want to eat the certain food due to which you can get nauseous and feel like crying. I had my way out of the crying scene. Whenever I would start to cry, I would watch one of my favorite TV series and eat Nutella. Or my husband with rub my feet. These were a few things that helped me. You can look for yours. I know everything seems nerve cracking, but you can try and find out what's the best-suited for you. YOu can have your friends over, or you can watch your favorite movies, as well. It is not always a bad situation. Or else you can adopt a puppy. Dogs are the best lovers. Thanks and take care.

hello, everyone.
it has never stayed unknown a fact that pregnancy comes in with a lot of different kinds of a toll on the female body. It can start with anything and everything. Everything can either sound too beautiful or too bad. no matter how hard a woman tries to fight them off, it is never possible. You can never just stop worrying or stressing out no matter what. All this is usually because we don't aknowledge the fact that we are now pregnant and we are not just a single individual now, there is another human feeding on us and feeling us. I have had the same emotional ride during my pregnancy, too. I used to cry for having too much work, and, I would also cry for not having enough work to keep me occupied. Some woman goes under severe morning sickness that they forget if it should be called morning sickness or the complete day sickness? So you see every woman has different experience and needs during her pregnancy. every woman comes with different endurance.

I guess that depends on why you're crying. For me, I start to cry when I think about my son (20 months) growing up too fast; so I focus on how little he still is (chubby feet, still can't ride any theme park rides, etc.) and the milestones still to come (molars, learning to use a crayon properly, etc.). I also cry at even semi-emotional things like pasta commercials where the whole family is gathered around some meatballs. So I'll focus on the beauty of it, and promise to make spaghetti when I get home. You have to try to find the positive side of the tears, or try to find the balance to them. When I panic or feel depressed I'll go "shopping" at Carters for newborn clothes. I must have about a million items in my shopping cart lol! Thinking about the cute little outfits and which one will be perfect for coming home from the hospital helps me get over any bumps. If it's more severe than that, I'd say talk to your doctor. Postpartum isn't the only kind of depression to watch o
