is the sharp pain i feel in my vagina my cervix dilating?

It's most likely baby just putting pressure on you! Moving helps; good luck and hang in there!

No it's not cervix dilating. I think you being worried very much. This is not like that. It's all completely normal. I know my friend is third trimester now. She is with me at this moment. I discussed it with her. She told me that everything is great. It's not cervix dilating. It's just some pressure you are feeling. Nothing else. Just be relax.

Most likely it is baby bearing pressure down on you.

To my knowledge and from my experience, you can't feel your cervix dilating. I have had pains, pressure kicks, etc in my vagina or cervix and I would be completely closed and not at all effaced. This is my 4th baby.
