As baby showers are usually closer to time you deliver I do not see why you could not. If someone does not want to attend that is up to them. You just had the party to show what gender it is, so unless you got a boat load of gifts you probably can have another. At least they know what gender to get the gift for now lol

I'm doing both. I had a gender reveal party, but we didn't do presents. So my family is throwing us a baby shower closer to due date.
