Q: I have two questions at once....

1) Is it common to feel anxious and worried in your third trimester? My boyfriend is being so good to me and assuring me and trying to comfort me but I still tend to feel worried and anxious just like when I was in my first trimester.

2) My boyfriend just proposed to me last night and of course, I said yes. He's been so good to me and caring and supportive. But we're having trouble deciding when we should get married before the baby is born. Should we just marry after the baby is born instead of before?

I'd get married before the baby is born. Sometimes you get so distracted by the baby that the wedding keeps getting pushed back. As far as being nervous goes, that depends on the person. My oldest is 6 and I still check on him while he's sleeping to make sure he's breathing. I'm just that worrisome type of mom I guess lol. Also, being pregnant makes you more emotional so it's normal for you to have feelings you might question. I've cried at commercials! That's so silly to me but I've done it. You are approaching a huge change so yes it's normal to feel anxious a nervous but try to focus on the excitement of your baby's arrival and enjoy these last few weeks as well.

Absolutely normal :-) I cried through our last pre-natal class, I guess because it finally felt so real that we would soon be meeting our son, but after 3 losses I'd enjoyed being pregnant so much that I didn't want it to end! Even a walk in the park on a chilly but sunny morning made me cry.... but it's good to let it out, it reduces stress and increases your oxytocin and opioid levels, which will naturally calm you down
