5w6d's beta 22,900?? Twins?

Hi lady's! I'm 5w6d's and I had my hcg done today and it was at 22,900 !! Is that on the high end? Our donor has triplets on his side and twins on my side! I'm 43 and was on clomid this cycle Could it be twins with that beta? Thanks
