You just have to note that whatever you take will affect the baby. That is the reason pregnant women are encouraged to eat healthy. For the sake of the bay intake in the womb.

Personally I would suggest one should not drink at all. Unless you will not survive without a beer for a day, haha.

I am not sure which precise answer you are looking for. But it could be better if you just abstain from drinking when pregnant.

There is no safe amount of alcohol when a woman is pregnant. Evidence-based research has found that drinking even small amounts of alcohol while pregnant. Can increase the risk of miscarriage, stillbirth, prematurity, or sudden infant death syndrome. When you drink alcohol. So does your developing baby. Any amount of alcohol, even the alcohol in one glass of wine. Passes through the placenta from the mother to the growing baby. Developing babies lack the ability to process or metabolize alcohol through the liver or other organs. The embryo or fetus has the same blood alcohol concentration as the mother. It makes no difference if the alcoholic drink consumed is a beer or glass of wine. Alcohol is a teratogen. A toxic substance to a developing baby. And can interfere with healthy development causing brain damage and other birth defects. Most babies negatively affected by alcohol exposure have no physical birth defects. Bio tex clinic has much information with baby defects on pregnancy.

Surely it has not yet been proven. When one is pregnant responsibilities comes with it. That means you have to change your lifestyle. For those who are used to drinking and smoking. The baby greatly gets affected by whatever the parents take. When one drinks or smoke it affects the child. In such cases you find the child is weak. Others have health problems. Why would you want to be born with such complications? You end up wasting more money later. It is not that hard to abstain from such behaviors for a that period of time. Other are wishing for children yet you are there risking yours. For a loving mother such thinking should not even be compromised. Sometimes it can even damage the fetus brain. This case can be that sensitive. Others feel that a little drink has no harm. But I am certain the little amount many times does do harm. The only way to stay safe is to abstain form it completely.

You literally share everything that goes through your mouth with the baby. So any drugs you take so does the bay. To prevent risking your baby’s life try to eat healthy. Do not keep your baby at risk at such a stage. Many people out there are wishing to have children. Leave alone being pregnant.
