About Me
This is my first pregnancy and Im very excited :)
My Birth Plan
I plan to use water and massages as my pain relief. Ive chose to do this all natural. I want a dimmed lighting, comforting music and the coaching of my mother and midwife. I would like to try the hands and knees position and possibly the squatting position.I have researched water birth and Id love to try it, but have some personal worries that I cant seem to get past.
