About Me

I'm 45 and DH is 42. I have one grown son who is 23, and I have 4 stepchildren, ages 20, 19, 17, 11 and my newest daughter at 2 yrs old. They keep me on my toes and I love a big family..

I've been married for 6 yrs, and we tried to conceive for 3 1/2 years after the stillbirth of our son, Oscar William at 41 wks. We are so thankful for our Rainbow baby, Phoebe Elizabeth who ended up coming on her half-sister's birthday! Now I have two daughters born on Dec 13th.
UPDATE: Turns out we were not done. Despite all my infertility problems, I got a surprise BFP and we might be welcoming a SISTER for Phoebe this coming spring. We are officially thrilled, despite a rough 1st trimester.
UPDATE 2: Well, it wasn't to be. We found out that baby Stella never grew past 12 weeks, 3 days, despite my 16+wks. We're heartbroken for this second loss, but will recover eventually. Love to all the moms on here that followed our story, and I still plan on stalking your stories.

My Birth Plan

My body isn't recognizing this loss, so I have to help it along. We're so sad. :(
